I have been part of several fireside chats at work over the years. They are positioned as an informal meetings designed to exchange ideas, deliver feedback, discuss topics inside and outside of work...pretty much an open ended meeting with your direct report. I have always enjoyed this format as its less formal then a performance review. How encouraging to see a similar, informal web-based setting, for relevant health promotion topics within Ontario.
